J. Peter Gordon, Chief Executive Officer
Peter Gordon is the Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company. Previously he held the positions of President and Chief Executive Officer from April 2007 to February 2009 and President from October 2006 to April 2007. Peter joined Fraser Papers as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in January 2006 from Brookfield Asset Management, where he held the position of Managing Partner and led various investment banking, merchant banking and restructuring initiatives.
Jeffrey C. Dutton, President and Chief Operating Officer
Jeff Dutton was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer in February 2009. Previously he was Senior Vice President, Operations and Chief Operating Officer since March 2008 with responsibility for overseeing the Company’s pulp and paper operations. Jeff joined Fraser Papers in June 2006 as General Manager of the Company’s East Papers operations. Prior joining Fraser Papers, Jeff was President of Republic Paperboard Company from 2004 to 2006.
Glen McMillan, Senior Vice President and CFO
Glen McMillan has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company since April 2007. Previously, he held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer since June 2004. Prior to joining Fraser Papers, Glen was Vice President, Controller and Corporate Secretary of Norbord Inc., the Company’s former parent, from 1999 to 2004.
William Manzer, Senior Vice President, Business Strategy and Projects
Bill Manzer was appointed Senior Vice President, Business Strategy and Projects in March 2008. He is responsible for the Company’s lumbermill operations and provides leadership in the development and implementation of strategies for fibre supply, energy, capital projects and corporate growth. Previously he was Senior Vice President, Pulp and Paper Operations from 2005 to 2008, and Vice President, Operations from 2003 to 2005. Bill joined Fraser Papers in October 2000 as Vice President, East Papers.
Matthew Nightingale, Vice President, Marketing
Matt Nightingale assumed the role of Vice President, Marketing in March 2008, leading the Company’s marketing, product development, field technical service and central technology initiatives. Matt joined Fraser as the Director of Marketing in August 2006, prior to which he held senior marketing and business development positions with MeadWestvaco and Champion International.
James Gehrman, Vice President, Sales
Jim Gehrman was appointed Vice President, Sales in July 2009 with responsibility for all of the Company's paper product sales. Previously, he held the position of General Sales Manager for Publishing Papers since May 2005. Prior to joining Fraser Papers, Jim held senior sales and sales management positions at Burgo North America, Donside Incorporated and Cross Pointe Paper Corporation.
